An ICE ON FIRE diamond is a diamond that meets a number of guidelines. The symmetry of the diamond must be "very good'. The polish also must be "very good". In clarity it must be at least an SI 1 and at least an "H" or better in color. Furthermore, it must be certified by a major certification firm. The certification number is laser inscribed on the girdle insuring you will always be able to identify your diamond.
